I’ve been meaning to do this for ages, but it’s so much WORK. Really, anything worth doing is work. I want to give up High Fructose Corn Syrup.
For a lot of reasons. Chief among them, I have a tendency to be a carb/sugar addict. I want to lose weight. I want to preserve my innards. I want my babies to eat healthfully.
So I’m going to start doing it. I don’t think I’ll be able to go cold turkey, as a quick scan of my pantry reveals ketchup, granola bars, Teddy Grahams, Ritz, Hamburger Helper and peach preserves all with the offender. I didn’t have as much in there as I actually thought I would though.

Another thing I want to do eventually, is quit using chemicals, like cleaning chemicals, in lotions, ect. I’m turning a little green.
Oh, and eating locally. I want to do that too.
Simplifying. That’s also on my list. Wish me luck!
