It’s Christmas Eve

So why the heck not?

And you know a cow costume is always festive…

As is being nekkid.

After baths, naps, and the rest of our day, we went to church with Grandma and Grandpa. I couldn’t really even tell you what the message was about, since it was the family service and we were surrounded by small children. But the music was good, God was present as always, and all was well in the world.

Aviana asked me, “May I stay the night at Grandma’s?”
I said, “Have you been invited?”
She turns to Grandma. “May I please be invited?”

Kevin and I and Brielle went to Texas Road House for a wonderful Christmas Eve psuedo-date. Then we came home and made a fruit salad (how cool is that that my husband peeled grapefruit? Of course, his ulterior motive was to eat the grapefruit, but still, very sweet)

To crown the evening I wrapped several more presents and we watched “The Family Man” with Nicolas Cage. It is one of my favorites.
