My Daybook ~ 10 November

***
Outside My Window … the sun has set and it is COLD

***
I am thinking … how much I miss my friend

***
I am thankful for … my cleaning twins

***

From the learning rooms …Bible and Song CDs, autumn, Thanksgiving

***
From the kitchen … soup, chowder and stew (even though I don’t really know the difference between them, the recipes attest to the fact that they are indeed different)Also, pumpkin spice bread, cinnamon bread and yeast rolls. I love bread.

***
I am wearing … dark wash jeans, a gold metallic J.Crew sweater that I bought new at Goodwill (score!), with a gold and silver metallic scarf looped around my neck
***

I am creating …

***
I am going … keeping the house picked up
***

I am reading … The Suncoast Chronicles collection –I had already read the first three, but didn’t realize it until I started them, then I shrugged and said what the heck?–They’re pretty good for a quick read
***

I am hoping … We get harvest finished before too long. It’s taking forever and we’re all getting cranky. 12+ hour work days are hard on everyone.
***

I am hearing… Silence and little baby snores
***
Around the house … Plans to put away the two baskets of outgrown clothes…

***

One of my favorite things … OPI nail polish

***

A few plans for the rest of the week:MOPS, watching my friend’s sweet boys, dinner with my cousin, a visit from my mom (it’s weird not having her live with us anymore; I’m going through withdrawal)

Here is a picture thought I am sharing~

  1. Hearing little baby snores

    Awww, nothing sweeter, huh?

Love the picture of the girls. Reminds me of my sisters and I at that age, although my boys do the same things…just more of a culture clash…Star Wars costmes with a viking helmet, for instance.

  2. Love the picture of the girls. We could change the faces and that picture could have been taken at our house 🙂 I love the things they come up with!!!

PS – I love OPI polish too!

  3. talk about a clash of seasons! it’s snowing like crazy here and i’m trying desperately to hold out on christmas until after thanksgiving! agh! and, i hope your hubs is finally all finished up! if not, i bet it will be soon, and then you’ll get him back!
