I did this when I was like 12 and then I couldn’t eat eggs for years after that I got so grossed out! Enjoy! I’m glad you are creative, but I can’t even stand to look at the picture! 🙂 LOL
Although we like Dr. Seuss…that looks really gross! Sorry. We made it last year, but scrambled up the eggs nicely and added just a bit of green food coloring. The ham was left natural, a nice complementary pink.
Ummm…Green eggs and ham? Remember when I got those actual green eggs from my friend in Washington and gave them to you along with some ham and the book? That was fun. It is one of my favorite books!

Those look so much cooler than when I did green scrambled eggs last year for the Doc’s birthday.
