There’s Dada in the combine right in the middle of the sun.
His three oldest wait impatiently for him to finish the round.
He can’t wait to grow up and be a farmer.
Dumping the beans into the wagons.
Dada!

Soybeans? Out of curiosity, do you know what they are used for? That second photo of the 3 of them looking at Kevin in the combine…the sun as a backdrop…is beautiful!
I enjoy seeing the pictures of the farm…we farm on a much smaller scale, and our beans aren't ready to combine yet. But there's that sense of satisfaction seeing the harvest after a hard summer's work, isn't there?!

Sweetest post ever.
I remember doing this as a kid.
We love our farmers and appreciate the long hours!!!
I just love this time of year! Your pictures capture the family business of farming perfectly.

LOVE the pictures. REally captures how babies see their farming daddies.
We have had many a picnic in the field with daddy too… 🙂
Stop by and visit my farm sometime soon.
