My Daybook ~ 9 March
***
Outside My Window …grey chilly, damp muddy but it finally stopped raining!
***
I am thinking … how much I love the stages my kids are in right now–one cooing purring crawling; one full of lots of loves and hugs; one starting to be a big kid!
***
I am thankful for … time spent this morning in prayer for our Mom’s group–I don’t even know these ladies that well, but going before the throne together bonds you like no other
***
From the learning rooms … stories as usual
***
From the kitchen … I’m hopeful we’ll be grilling this week; chicken and rice for lunch making tuna salad wraps for dinner tonight–I need to be using A LOT more ground beef as we had a ton already and then ended up with a steer with a broken leg we had to grind unexpectedly.
***
I am wearing … grey pinstriped Banana Republic pants (a $5 goodwill find!), a white tee, grey cardi with silver thread and I’m Not Really a Waitress on my toes
***
I am creating … some plans for what I’m taking to my “girls scrap/craft weekend” this FRIDAY!
***
I am reading … Creating the Moms Group You’ve Been Looking For, Mozart’s Sister and Books that Build Character
***
I am hoping … for a spring that is not too stressful, for a husband that is not too tired
***
I am hearing… Cadrian “talking” to his toys
***
Around the house … laundry aplenty, tidying aplenty, purging aplenty, breaking out the spring clothes (I hope!)
***
One of my favorite things … imagining myself to be a homesteader, and being very glad I’m not
***
A few plans for the rest of the week … Can we just skip the week and get right to my Girls Craft Weekend?!
***
Here is a picture thought I am sharing~
Aviana’s first picture with truly identifiable things (giraffe, apple tree, butterfly ect)
I love her drawing! SO cute and colorful 🙂
I love that you put your toenail color on your “what you’re wearing!!!” Love it 🙂
Great deal on the pants.., I’ll try not to covet. LOL
I enjoyed this peek into your day! And yes you are the “tween” I am too at my house!
